What can I say, 2003 was an incredible year. This is one of my all time favorite MTV performances, only second to the scandalous Madonna, Britney, and Christina kiss a few weeks later. Still, this one is hard to beat, kicking off with an introduction from a young Hilary Duff (god she looked so innocent back then) and with a performance featuring hundreds of gorgeous [lesbian] teens dancing around wildly, reenacting a mass orgy, stripping down to their underwear, and finishing off with a hot mass lip lock. It just doesn't get better than that!
